Tony started with Western Energy Systems as a Service Technician in 2008, where he spent four years building customer relations and expanding on his gas engine expertise. He was then promoted to Field Service Manager in 2012. Under his direct leadership, the West Coast Service Team saw some of their most successful years by expanding their market, and driving growth, all while increasing customer satisfaction. In June of 2017, Tony became the first Non-GE Employee in North America to become a Certified Jenbacher Trainer. In October 2017, Tony joined the Technical Service department to continue to drive growth and share his knowledge with both internal and external customers.

Steve has been with the Penn group for 40 years. The first 30 within the industrial diesel side growing from a technician to service management. He has accomplished this by being driven by the customer expectations of our service teams. The last 9 years he has been in a technical support role of our Jenbacher business, supporting our service teams and customers with technical needs and documentation. He has now been given the chance to build on this support by leading the development of the NES WES Asset Performance Monitoring Center. Using the GE My Plant tool to better our abilities to address issues in live time and meet our customers increasing demands at a higher level.

Jeremy spent the last five years in the service department learning from the best Jenbacher personnel in the U.S. before joining the Asset Performance Management Team. While working in the service department, he obtained his BAS in Energy Management and is currently working on MS in Project Management. Before working on Jenbachers, Jeremy worked for different generator service organizations and was in the U.S. Army. He also is a current PMI member and holds an AAS in Electric Power Technology. Jeremy looks forward to providing a rewarding experience for the end users.

Joel started his career with Jenbacher in 2004 as one of the first factory service technicians in the U.S. He joined Northeast-Western Energy Systems in 2006 as the lead technician and was promoted to Field Service Manager in 2008. It was there where he began to help expand the fleet and the Northeast-Western Energy footprint to over 100 Jenbacher engines on the West Coast. As Western Energy continued to expand, Joel took on his next role in developing our Project management department. Joel would spend the next 6 years sharing his expertise to expand the customer base and grow the projects department. He joined the APMC in September of 2019, where his experiences and product knowledge will continuously improve our ability to support our customers.
